Aufgaben

Your responsibilities

  • Working with group-wide C-Level, Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and senior managers on strategic priorities, which are in line with the ONE BIOTRONIK strategy with derived HR strategy
  • Steering talent, succession, and performance management as well as organizational developments on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate/implement in alignment with CEO an effective target agreement approach
  • Ensuring that HR policies, procedures and guidelines are being applied by managers
  • Provide HR programs, -processes, and People Agenda to support the business needs of our CEO
  • Develop together, as Member of the global HR and Business Leadership Team relevant KPIs to track (HR) business plan compliance/performance
  • Advising CEO and management on labor law issues. Examination, initiation, and implementation of labor law measures in alignment with HR Legal department
  • Taking over all other CEO-related HR topics (e.g. On/Off-boarding and communication, job profiles) in day-to-day business
  • Accompany the CEO in identification and recruitment of strategic positions with a view to future workforce planning to adapt talent needs in accordance with our business strategy
  • Preparation of presentations, reports, talent analyses and decision papers
  • Trusting and solution-oriented cooperation with works councils/employee councils, committees

Profil

Your profile

  • University degree in the field of Business Administration/ Economic Science, Psychology, Education Science or similar studies
  • At least five years of broad experience as HR Business Partner and/or Generalist/Expert of a HR Function, ideally in an international organization
  • Sound experience in conceptual HR work, including project and change management
  • Proven track record in the implementation of high-quality HR products/services
  • Good knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Diplomatic skills, sovereignty and experience in advising C-Level
  • Hands-on mentality and at the same time a holistic and strategic vision
  • Analytical skills, e.g., carrying out situation analyses, understanding dashboards, specifying reporting requests
  • Digital native with a sense for co-creating a high-performance organization
  • Authentic, communicative, and self-confident personality with solid value orientation
  • Absolute trustworthiness and reliability
  • Independent, responsible, forward-looking and committed way of working
  • Excellent handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as new media
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
